Project Coordination & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate all project activities in accordance with the approved project execution plan.
- Ensure alignment between CTS, the Client, contractors, and all stakeholders.
- Maintain oversight of daily operations to ensure smooth execution of inspection and audit activities.
Communication & Client Interface
- Act as the primary point of contact between CTS and the Client for all technical and administrative matters.
- Implement the Communication Plan as defined in the project documentation.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings, prepare agendas, and issue meeting minutes.
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and update the Project Work Schedule, including milestones and reporting timelines.
- Monitor progress against schedule and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, equipment, and resources.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control Oversight
- Ensure QA and QC activities are executed in accordance with the approved methodology and project requirements.
- Review documentation, certificates, procedures, and inspection records submitted by contractors.
- Oversee issuance, tracking, and closure of Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Ensure compliance with international standards, approved drawings, and technical specifications.
Quality control of general construction works
- Verification of compliance and quality of construction materials with approved specifications.
- Control of compliance with client manual documents during construction and installation works.
- Random check of the quality of finishing works (walls, ceilings, floors, glazing, etc.).
- Quality control of electrical works
- Control of compliance with the design documents approved by the customer during installation works.
- Verification of the correct routing of cables and cable trays in accordance with the customer's guidance document.
- Random quality control of the assembly and installation of electrical panels and other electrical works.
- Verification that the total electrical load connected to the store does not exceed the capacity allocated by the shopping center.
- Random quality control of the correct connection and labelling of equipment.
- Quality control of the materials used in accordance with the standards of Azerbaijan and fire resistance requirements for shopping centers.
- Supervision of testing and commissioning of power supply systems. Quality control of ventilation and air conditioning works.
- Random quality control of the installation of ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
- Quality control of the materials used in accordance with the standards of Azerbaijan and fire resistance requirements for shopping centers.
- Timely notification of identified deficiencies and recommendations for corrective measures.
Reporting & Documentation
- Ensure timely submission of all deliverables, including daily/weekly reports, inspection reports, NCRs, and the Final Assessment Report.
- Review and approve all project documentation prior to submission to the Client.
- Maintain accurate project records, logs, correspondence, and documentation archives.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Escalate critical issues to the Client in accordance with the agreed escalation protocol.
- Manage change requests and ensure compliance with the Change Management Procedure.
HSE Compliance
- Ensure all project activities comply with the approved HSE Plan and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the HSE Officer to monitor safety performance and incident reporting.
- Enforce safe working practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Resource & Team Management
- Assign tasks to project personnel and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Verify competency and certification of all team members assigned to the project.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to inspectors, engineers, and technical staff.
Coordination of Logistics & Site Access
- Oversee logistics arrangements including equipment mobilization, transport, and site access.
- Coordinate with the Client regarding access equipment, on-site facilities, and operational constraints.
Project Close Out
- Ensure completion of all inspections, documentation, and outstanding NCRs.
- Oversee preparation of the Final Assessment Report and handover package.
- Support contract close‑out procedures and final meetings with the Client
