Scope of Work:
1. Lightning Protection Rods
Dismantling and reinstallation of 120 lightning protection rods.
Inspections and Tests Performed:
- Visual inspection of the installation
- Verification of fastening and mechanical stability
- Inspection of connection points and conductive connections
- Electrical continuity testing
- Measurement of the grounding resistance of the lightning protection system
2. Anchor Bolts
Dismantling and reinstallation of 7 anchor bolts.
Inspections and Tests Performed:
- Visual inspection
- Verification of bolt condition, seating, and correct installation
- Inspection of washers, nuts, and other fastening components
- Torque verification of the bolts
3. Water Pipes
Dismantling and reinstallation of 5 water pipes.
Inspections and Tests Performed:
- Visual inspection of pipes and connection points
- Verification of fastening and pipe supports
- Leakage inspection at pipe joints
- Re-inspection of all connection points following completion of the test
4. Panels
Dismantling and reinstallation of 4 panels.
Inspections and Tests Performed:
- Visual inspection of the panels
- Verification of correct positioning and alignment
- Inspection of fastening elements and connection points
- Inspection of panel surfaces for deformation or mechanical damage
- Verification of gaps at joints and edge sections
